To create a new ticket, simply click on the "Submit Ticket" button in the top right corner of the page. You'll need to be logged in to track your ticket's progress. If you don't have an account, you can create one in seconds.

Once you've submitted a ticket, you can view its status by navigating to "My Tickets" from the user menu in the header. You'll see a list of all your open and closed tickets there.

Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Tickets submitted outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.

If you've forgotten your password, go to the Login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your credentials securely.

Yes, you can attach images or documents (PDF, JPG, PNG) when creating a ticket or replying to one. Please ensure your files do not exceed the 5MB size limit.
